At first, I got upset. Receptionist stated I have two rooms when i only booked one room. Said the only thing I changed from Booking.com was leaving on Tuesday instead of Wednesday and showed her the confirmation. Said there’s nothing she could do and said I had to fix it! We sat down and put booking.com on speaker and waited. The manager was behind us and heard us talking. She offered to help and fixed everything & not sure why the lady at the desk couldn’t help us or say we have a manager that can take a look for you?????? So, a big THANK YOU to Caitlin who was covering for the manager that was on leave.
