* The café in the lobby closes at 11:00 PM, and I don’t understand why. * The air conditioning in the rooms is difficult to control. It operates automatically, and sometimes the room gets warm and the AC does not cool properly. * The TVs in the rooms are old and are not smart TVs. * Room service is slow. Whenever you request something, it takes them a long time to provide it. * There is no lifeguard at the swimming pool.
