I really had a wonderful stay at Nil Hotel Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good and fresh every morning. The entire staff was incredibly kind, cheerful, and always helpful, which made the stay very comfortable. I would especially like to thank Wissal at the reception — she was exceptional. Wissal was always welcoming, professional, patient, and attentive, and she genuinely went out of her way to help whenever needed. Her warm attitude and positive energy truly made a difference in our stay and made us feel at home from the very first day. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved the neighborhood, with many great restaurants and shops nearby, which added a lot to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
