Loved the facilities, especially the master bedroom. It's appropriately named, because the view was incredible. The staff was very helpful and communicative.

This is my third time staying at this place, but I have recently noticed that they have become extremely money-oriented. For example, when my young child vomited on the bed, instead of charging me for laundry, they forced me to pay a replacement fee as if the item was permanently damaged. Additionally, the towels and linens are already very worn out and should be considered consumable items, not charged as new replacements. When I discussed this issue with the supervisor, his response was unprofessional. He told me, “This is our laundry service, and we set the prices. If you don’t like it, contact your booking provider.” Such an attitude and policy are unacceptable for returning guests. Due to this disappointing experience, I will not be staying here again in the future
