The hotel confirmed my booking but to my surprise when I arrived the receptionist said there was no reservation in my name and the hotel was full no rooms for me(junior suite and standard).I was disappointed. The guy was so rude telling me I didn’t do any reservation even though I showed him my confirmation #. He didn’t even care.I had to look for another hotel .
