The resort is spacious, well maintained, and offers a good variety of restaurants and cuisines. The gym is small but adequate, and the sports center includes enjoyable options such as table tennis, padel, and pool. Unfortunately, the service significantly affected our stay. While the staff were not rude, they were generally not friendly, with very few showing warmth or engagement, which is disappointing for a resort where you interact with the same team daily. Many activities require advance reservations and fill up quickly, making it easy to miss out during a short stay. A snorkeling trip was canceled due to wind, with no effort to reschedule or compensate once conditions improved. As a family with two kids and an infant, golf cart transportation was essential due to the size of the resort. On multiple occasions, we requested a cart, were told one would be sent, and it never arrived. Follow-up calls were often unanswered, which felt like being ignored. Similar delays occurred with other service requests. Lastly, only four coffee capsules are provided initially and are not refilled for free, which does not align with expectations of an all-inclusive resort. The facilities are good, but the lack of service and responsiveness greatly reduced the overall experience.
