Wonderful stay in a stunning location. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel truly well looked after. We also really appreciated the gluten-free menu and the excellent service throughout.

Here’s a polished review that keeps your warmth and enthusiasm but makes it flow naturally: We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, welcoming, and personal. The staff was incredibly pleasant and always smiling, and they made us feel more like guests in their home than visitors at a hotel. The boutique itself is beautiful and full of interesting little details and treasures to discover. Our room was always spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was amazing. Waking up and looking out over the garden and down into the valley was such a treat, and we loved watching the gondolas from our balcony. The food was another highlight. Breakfasts and dinners were wonderful, with so many fresh and delicious things to try. The fresh juices were so good that I’m now convinced I need to buy a juicer when I get home! Dinner on the terrace was especially relaxing and beautiful. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, spa, and of course the amazing infinity pool, which definitely had a little James Bond feeling to it. Everything was always clean and beautifully maintained. Happy hour was such a fun touch, and once again, the staff made it special by coming out, chatting with guests, and making everyone feel welcome. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and would happily return. It is a very special place.
