The hotel is suitable for a business trip, but less ideal for a holiday stay. Breakfast was acceptable, although ordering coffee proved difficult. The manager or team leader, whose exact role I am not sure of, did not demonstrate a customer-friendly attitude. Although we had paid for breakfast and only wanted to take coffee to go, we were told this was not possible without any explanation, and the response made our request seem unreasonable. On the second day, no one asked whether we wanted coffee.
