The hotel is located less than 2 km away from the Neuschwanstein Castle. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the staff in the breakfast and dining room was very attentive.

The hotel is located at walkable distance from Füssen and the Neuschwanstein castle, however that can be a cold walk. Check in was easy, and the guy at the reception was friendly. The lighting in the room was great
