special thanks to the people working in this hotel, they are really nice we had one complaint about our AC in the room as its not working they was so friendly and dealing with situation very well, they changed our room immediately with smile .. we booked 3 days first day they moved us to smaller room , they way they said sorry and apologized to us was great as the hotel was full and no big room available, second and third day they moved us to bigger room and they moved our bags to the new room as well.
