overall good. made double booking by mistake but the hotel was not cooperative to fix the mistake..ended up paying double. they did not offer an upgrade.

This isn't the first time I've stayed at hotels with a helpful staff that listens well to all complaints and meets my needs politely and courteously. I find these hotels excellent for family vacations, especially when the staff makes you feel like you're an important part of the experience, regardless of who you are or what you own.
