Disappointment with the hotel room.

The location is very convenient -- you just walk there inside the terminal building. The room we booked was spacious enough and a good value for money for us. The only negative impression was that of a couple of staff members who were unfriendly and perhaps even a bit aggressive. One of them, apparently a low-level manager who happened to be at the reception desk, when I asked her about where we could go to have lunch/dinner, said something that I couldn't understand about the named location -- and when I tried to clarify if she said it was on the "fifth floor", started yelling at me, grabbed a pen and sheet of paper, and wrote "five floor". It was a bit weird.
