For a hostel the stay was very enjoyable. The place is definitely funky - it's a hostel afterall - but has lots of character that says come on in and relax for a bit. The owner Arturo was very kind and cared very much about whether or not my family was comfortable. The staff was really nice; they were knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that we had about hiking or places to check out. There was also fresh home baked banana bread and carrot cake for the guests to enjoy!!!
