We had a great stay at Pik Palace Shahdag, a beautiful ski resort with direct access to the slopes and stunning mountain views. The resort is well-organized and very family-friendly, making the overall skiing experience smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to Sabina (I think or Sabrina) :) for taking excellent care of our family. She was welcoming, professional, and made our arrival effortless. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shahdag for a ski getaway. ⛷️

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and attentive to details. A special thank you to Mariam at the concierge — she was incredibly helpful and assisted us with arranging snow activities and guiding us through the local experiences. The area around the hotel is full of activities and restaurants, which made everything very convenient and enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing experience. The Azerbaijani people are genuinely kind, hospitable, and detail-oriented. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
