In general staff in all locations in hotel are friendly and helpful, however, some front desk staff can be more professional and systematic (was kept waiting for room to be ready but then had to go and ask to find out the room already prepared but nobody came to us at lobby to inform) Positive : location, service negative : very small rooms (per dubai standard), pricey breakfast, basement parking not offered even for apartment residents only for permanent leases although parking slots more than enough
